EXPLORING A SOLAR FUTURE
February 9th, 2016
We are committed to sustainable energy. As a result, we have partnered with Jacobs Farm and Soliculture to test greenhouse solar panel technology. An important step into a renewable future. Soliculture has developed panels that absorb green light and emit red light, engineered to enhance power production and plant growth. We are in the process of planting test crops and evaluating results. Most importantly, we are committed to exploring continuous innovation and farm sustainability.
Farai Madziva, vice president of sales and chief of staff for Kitayama Brothers, has joined the California Cut Flowers Commission’s (CCFC) Promotion’s Committee.
